Acceptance. By installing and using Bungdit RGB you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app.

What the app does. Bungdit RGB is a free app that drives your own LED controller over Bluetooth, so you need compatible lighting hardware for it to be useful. It also offers a shared gallery where users publish light patterns, which needs an internet connection; light control itself works fully offline. The app can send a firmware file to your controller — use only files supplied by your dealer, as an incorrect file may leave the controller unusable, which is outside the developer's responsibility.

Your account. There is no sign-up; the app creates an automatic random device ID so it knows which patterns are yours. You are responsible for everything shared to the gallery from your device.

Rules for shared patterns. Anything you share is visible to other users. Do not share: obscene or vulgar words or images; content that insults or incites hatred against any person or group; threats, harassment or bullying; other people's personal data (real names, phone numbers, addresses, licence plates); anything illegal or encouraging illegal acts, including scams; trademarks, logos or other people's work you have no right to use; or messages that make your vehicle look like an emergency service or a government vehicle (police, ambulance, rescue). You keep ownership of what you draw, but by sharing it you allow the app to display it to other users and let them use it on their own lights. If you see something inappropriate, use “Report” or “Block this person” in the ••• menu on that pattern.

Moderation. The developer may hide or delete any pattern that breaks the rules in section 4 and may suspend or block the account (the random device ID) of anyone who repeatedly does so, without prior notice. Reported patterns may be hidden from the gallery while they are reviewed. If you believe your pattern was removed by mistake, e-mail banditoopanant2545@gmail.com.

Vehicle lighting laws are your responsibility. The lights this app controls are decorative lighting for motorcycles and other vehicles. Every country — and sometimes every region — has its own rules about which colours are allowed, whether flashing is allowed, where lights may be fitted and how bright they may be. Some places forbid red or blue light facing forward, and forbid flashing patterns that could be mistaken for an emergency vehicle.

You alone are responsible for checking and following the road-traffic and vehicle lighting rules where you ride. The developer is not responsible for fines, prosecution, orders to modify your vehicle, or any other loss caused by using the lights unlawfully. This page is not legal advice; if you are unsure, ask your local transport or traffic authority. For safety, do not operate the app while riding, and do not use brightness or patterns that dazzle or distract other road users.

No warranty. The app is provided “as is”. The developer does not guarantee that it will be error-free, that it will work on every phone model, or that the shared gallery will always be available — the gallery service may be paused or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damage arising from use of the app, such as lost patterns, damage to a controller or light set, or consequential costs. This does not remove consumer rights that Thai law grants and does not allow to be waived.

Changes. These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
